Description

Sea Lion is a two foot gauge engine built in 1896 by W. G. Bagnall Ltd. for the Groudle Glen Railway on the Isle of Man. She's a very adorable and diminutive engine, even for her gauge. :)

I adore 2ft gauge with a passion! The Sea Lion here is just one of the countless reasons why! With a locomotive so small it make having your own real railroad a true possibility. You don't need to have a large engine for 2ft gauge. Case in point with Keith Watson's Phoenix loco. A 2ft gauge "Hobby" engine that runs on 100 psi and has a 14" diameter boiler.
